How to submit a request

Email chamundamotors@yahoo.co.in with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include:

• Your full name
• The mobile number, including country code, used to contact us
• A short description of the information or conversation concerned

What happens next

We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the request relates to you. Once verified, we will delete or anonymise information that is no longer needed and confirm completion. Some records may be retained where reasonably necessary for service, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or legal purposes.

Stop messages without deleting records

To stop promotional WhatsApp messages, reply STOP. To stop all WhatsApp communication, reply STOP ALL. This is usually faster than requesting deletion if you only want to change your communication preference.
